LOS ANGELES - The judge ordered the actress Estella Warren to serve four months of residential rehabilitation after becoming a no contest appeal if drunk driving on Friday.
Los Angeles City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said Warren was also sentenced to five years informal probation '.
The "Planet of the Apes" actress was facing four misdemeanor charges after being arrested earlier this year for crashing into three parked cars and Tüßling with the police.
The 32-year-old was previously convicted of drunken driving in 2007.
Mateljan said Warren A hearing will be held Oct. 7 to decide whether Warren should pay compensation.
He starred opposite Mark Wahlberg and Tim Burton's 2001 version of "Planet of the Apes" and has also served as a model.
